Weekly pipeline of contracts and grants you actually qualify for.

A curated weekly digest of new opportunities matched to your certifications, industry codes, and geography. Plus monthly office hours, strategy sessions, and first-look on bid engagements.

What you actually receive

  • Monday digest. Every Monday, a curated email with the new opportunities posted in the previous week that match your profile. We do not blast every solicitation that mentions your industry — we filter to ones where the size, scope, and set-aside flags actually align.
  • Match summaries. Each opportunity includes a one-paragraph "why this matches" note explaining the angle for your specific business.
  • Office hours. One 60-minute group call per month. Submit questions in advance. We answer them on the call. Record posted for subscribers who could not attend.
  • Strategy sessions. Two private 45-minute sessions per year (calendar-quartered). Used however you want — pipeline review, specific opportunity analysis, certification strategy.
  • Bid engagement priority. Subscribers who decide to engage us for a full bid response get 10 percent off the engagement fee and front-of-queue placement.

The three tiers

  • Watch ($79/mo). Weekly digest only. For businesses still exploring whether to pursue government work seriously. Good for keeping a finger on the pulse.
  • Build ($179/mo). Weekly digest + monthly office hours + one strategy session per year. For businesses actively building toward their first one or two wins.
  • Operate ($299/mo). Everything in Build, plus two strategy sessions per year, bid engagement priority and discount, certification renewal management. For businesses that have won at least one contract and want a steady cadence.

Why a subscription, not project work

Most small businesses do not have a continuous pipeline. They have spurts of activity around specific opportunities. The subscription is built for the in-between — the months where you are not actively bidding but the procurement landscape keeps moving.

Three quiet months can mean three missed opportunities for your business. The subscription makes sure they do not pass without you knowing.

Common questions

Yes. Monthly subscription, cancel anytime through the customer portal. No annual contract.
Yes, on any tier. We want you to evaluate fit honestly. If after the first month you decide the digest is not adding value, you cancel before the second month and pay nothing more.
SAM.gov returns hundreds of irrelevant results for every relevant one. PASSPort is the same. Our filter starts with your specific profile — certifications, codes, geography, size, prior wins — and only surfaces opportunities where the match is plausible. Time saved per week: typically four to six hours.
Yes, with one exception: if multiple subscribers signal interest in pursuing the same opportunity and ask us to engage on bid response work, we represent the one who engages first and decline the second.
